Roselle drink

  I was given Dried Roselle from a friend whose husband is from Egypt.  Roselle is species of hibiscus native as.  Not only Egypt but also  China,Thailand,India,Central America and many countries in Africa use this plant for a health and a medical treatment.
  Roselle tea is easy to make. Boil about 10min. with handful of flowers in a saucepan and 1lit. water. When the water gets the colour of cranberry juice, it is ready. Serve cold or hot.
It is not sweet at all so honey,sugar or syrup are good option to make taste sweet.  And also if you add
a few drops of lemon or lime juice,that would be nice,too.
  Very high in VitaminC, lower the blood pressure and as you see the colour it is high in antioxidant.

私の足は適切な岩をさがせなく私は滑って落ちてしまった.０．００１秒ずれた最低の読みとなった。その時何がおこったのか...心がそこになかったのだ。５秒先をみてしまっていた。教訓！

Mind wasn't there...at that moment..

South swell  and strong westerly wind are hitting at Bronte Beach, wow it is exciting for surfers.
On this swell surfers can have  much easier paddle jumping out off the rock, easy for a paddle but
it could be tricky, actually it is. If you miss the timing, you will be in trouble.
 
It is a moment for a high concentration but too much tension won't be any better.  I was bit nervous thinking too much of what if I fail... Took a deep breath..I will be o.k.
My feet stood on a wrong place, it was a 1/1000 sec. of a bad decision.  I slipped and fell .But I realised at that moment,my mind wasn't there. thinking of 5sec away forward. Good lesson.

Number88 means economic wealth according to Chinese saying.  I feel good harmony and undulation from this house number decoration .  I want to believe people who are living in this house are wealth in physically,mentally and spiritually.

Not taking a shortcut, things I saw just in ONE block

This morning after surf I  walked to the cafe with my little wonderful camera.  I am myopic but I am free from glasses nor contact lenses most of the time to improve my eye sight. (Actually my eye sight is getting better)  .
Maybe because of that the sense including sixth sense gets sharpen.  Things are coming up to me and murmuring.  When I connected to those signs , I recognise the objects.  It sounds slow motion but it happens in1/1000 sec.

Slow down

When you really want to relax on their holiday or day-off, don't think about looking for a car key.

Just go outside and walk around. ( it is nicer for people who live in a city if they can spend the time in nature).  People are used to live in speed up cycle.  The volume of the things people see in their eyes in one day are enormous but think! Have you ever watched how hibiscus flower form a pistil and stamens?  How do multiple trunks produced by one tree dance and sing each other ?..

     How many cafes are there just in Waverley Council?( Bronte, Tama belongs to Waverley Council ).
Aussies love Italian style coffee.  Cafe Latte, Cappucino,Flat White. so on.  Individual cafe shops can  be very unique, that is why I always support them.
     Yes there are so many coffee shops but only few cafe make real coffee.  The temperature of milk should be around 65C.,I hate if it is lukewarm, don't you??  Some coffee are way too much sour , most of the coffee don't taste coffee and no floss or 3cm floss...xxx...xxx
        Triple bean coffee is my No.1 fav.   Sumatran Indonesian/Aussie owns the cafe.  They    produce special made coffee in Sumatra, import to this cafe and they roast the beans.   It is mean, in good way.
Cafe is located in a small alley so it is kind of hidden, but people know...they serve the best coffee.
      Most of the cafes charge $3.50.  Triple pick cafe charges $3.00 with small hand made cookie, same for Soy milk using cafe ( Other shops charge $0.50 for soy).
Cafe owner knows how to make people happy, because he is happy.

Some say we started a new era , it doesn't happen just within one blink.  Yes I am talking about 2012 ascension.  We are in a new cycle according to Mayan Calendar.  Not only Mayans but also Chinese and Japanese used Moon Calendar.   Japanese Meiji Government introduced Gregorian Calendar and discarded Moon Calendar ( Taiin-reki) in 1873. But Mayan calendar is different to the Moon calendar ,Taiin-reki which refers to the moon phase.　Jose's 13moon calendar is not an original Mayan calendar.

Year of Dragon has just begun

As I walked down " Jungle"( I named it because this part of Bronte Park has old rocks which remind me of TIME GATE, sacred trees and creek where rain water slopes down into the beds of little stream), I was struck by a welcome message from the year 2012.  Just before dawn, there were number of people waiting for the first sunrise on the beach.  I paddled out  and surfed to fill up Apollo's blissful light. Thank you for a beautiful day.....
