Kamala Beach Phuket

This beach is very relaxing, no hassle, no loud noise, and it is ideal for people who want to have

a quiet time.  The hotel I am staying is just I front of the surf break.  The waves aren't big but

It is good enough to enjoy.  All the good set waves are for me!

I never felt such a powerful spot energy in Blue Mountains 1- magical blue light mist-

 I felt as if my body floated in the air and very warm energy was coming from inside.

I was surrounded by feeling of happiness and lightness and the only words I could say was

" This is incredible....."  

Everything I saw in front of me was like ... covered with the curtain made by a mist.

VIVID SYDNEY CRUISE by Whale Watching Speed Boat

This is terrific!!   The speed boat has 20 seats ( the roof of course )and one complimentary drink.

Wines and  rolling and rocking on the boat made us so pleasant during 1.5 hrs cruise.

Ramen in Sydney " Menya Chinatown "

My gourmet ramen search continues.

When I mention Gourmet Ramen, it doesn't mean a fancy expensive ramen.

I am looking for a punchy taste ramen.

Menya has mini size tonkotsu & chicken shoyu soup , mini size is really good to satisfy the hungry mouth.

What I like about is the topping,  this presentation of fried garlic, egg, chashu(pork ),
shinachiku (bamboo shoots),  naruto ( spiral pink fish cake ) and nori.

Everything tasted so good.

But the soup is bit sweet, for me it lacks of punchy taste.

Also too much lard in the soup destroy the shoyu flavour.


 I enjoyed Menya mini Ramen but my number one is still Zundo in World Square.

Black cockatoo sometimes flying in to this big tree in the apartment I live, they make a different sound

to White cockatoo, very different so it is easy to identify when they fly in.

and camel tour..see the camel  tour in a middle?!!

On a sunny late autumn day, away from the bustle of Sydney CBD I enjoyed walking quiet streets at

Rocks and Pier.

                                                     

         

Har Mee in Sydney

 Malaysia food safari in Sydney, this time I experienced Har Mee at two restaurants.

Both restaurants say they serve a street food like menu.

Ok, try it out. Har Mee  is Egg noodle and vermicelli in a spicy prawn based soup with prawns,
 pork slices, hard boiled egg and bean sprouts.

Har Mee at Hawker, 345 Sussex St.

$12,  4 trimmed pork slices

Har Mee at Sedap, Regent Place George St.

$10,  has shredded  chicken & untrimmed pork

My tongue and stomach has chosen Har Mee at Sedap.

Stormy Bronte Beach

Gusty wind,  wild ocean and rain, this is what we have today!!!

Umbrella is useless,  walking straight is harder, trees are screaming!!!

Yum-cha yum yum at Marigold restaurant

Secure the table at Marigold around 10:30am  is a good time on Sunday Yum-cha.

By 12:00 people start making a long queue so you have to starve  while waiting.

There are several yum-cha restaurants in CBD, Marigold is one of the original and popular place

for a long time.   The number one reason I like here is the dumpling  skin.  The skin is THIN!!

  Thick skin dumpling makes you full quickly and the texture is not so enjoyable.

 Congee is near perfect.  Rice is no like a glue, has a right texture, taste great.

SHEEEP's adventure in Luera

His name is SHEEEP and we have been friends for many many years.

We share feeling of any kinds but we love to have a joyful moment together.

This is the first time in 14 years to visit Blue Mountains for SHEEEP.

Baaaaahhh

This Almond croissant from Bakehouse was so good, it is big ($4.70 T/A) and the cream is not too sweet. Almond flavor  is just right , this the best A/croissant I ever had.
