Cold early morning surfing takes my energy out so much.
This is my super drink , it is more like a food than a drink.
Organic kale, organic broccoli , Banana, avocado, strawberry, lecithin, LSA meal,
organic spirulina powder, coconut water and water.
I don't add any sweetener , no honey, no syrup, no any sugar but it tastes fantastic.
And should not be too thick , otherwise it gets too heavy in a stomach.
