Looking for the best cheese cake in Sapporo

I have been trying cheese cakes looking for the best one in Japan, Australia and Asia.

It could be a different result if I travel in Europe or New York.

Bueno Bueno is located S6-W24 Sapporo, it has been there for 23 years but I have never tried.

The no.1 selling cheese cake,

The texture is nice and very smoothes in a mouth, but need more cheesy taste,

I will try the stronger cheese cake in the same shop.

Pacific Saury (Sanma) is in season, love Japanese home cooking food

Here I am in Sapporo, September is the best month for having fish.

Pacific Saury is in season, and also the season for salmon and sardin...

Nameko mushroom miso soup is my fav.  

In overseas many people say they like Jap. food but most of them never have had home cooking style

food.  All they had are the restaurant food like sushi, tempura and gyoza.

Home made style Tofu with ginger, umeboshi(salted jap. plum),myoga with sweet miso paste,

Cucumber nukazuke pickle,kimuchi(Korean style pickle)

Winter has back.  We don't want that!
The coldest ocean this year, I am sure, pierced my fingers in a surf.
The good excuse for protecting myself from coldness is to have a bit of naughty eating.


 I took a bus if there were something nice at Bake Bar in Randwick,
Yeeeees, Lemon Tart looked outstanding.

And the tart didn't betray me at all.  Lemon sour taste is just right, not too sweet and the texture
is smooth as silk.

Winter surf North Coast

The swell hit perfectly  Lennox head, and made the point super crowded.
I Checked most of the coastline but this was the only place for ideal surf except the crowd.

On the weekends a sunny and warm weather took us to Brunswick Head walk,

surf, dolphins and rainbow .....

Vivid Sydney. Opera House

Opera House has never been better than this year.

Seven Aborigine artists created their story on the tiled roof of Sydney icon.

Reptiles Turtle, Goana and serpents as their symbol  are represented.

Lyre Bird Dell track

It is pretty cool in Leura but a blue sky spreads over the mountains.

I just wanted to be here in my favorite spot, 6degrees in the air didn't matter.

Short circuit walk made me so refreshed, my body filled up with lots of Qi.   

If it was summer, I would have sank my body in this crystal clear water...... 

Waratha , it is unusual to flower in winter, normally in spring time.

5Jun Extraordinary weather smashed Bronte beach

All the council workers are at work, cleaning brick debris and plants washed away by huge waves on weekends.

Never seen this kind of damage here on Bronte Beach in 20years of living here.

Durian in season in South East Asia

You may not like Durian,the king of fruit. 

People say it is smelly, ordour is bad...but for me it is fascinating ordour and taste. I Love it.

May,June is a season of Durian in South East Asia .

The town is very quiet at weekdays, the shops and the restaurants close by 18:00.

After 10:00 am we need a cool comfortable space to sit down.

Most of the cafe opens at 11:00am though...

Very nice coffee and cakes, one of the staff recommended a chocolate cake, but we

had Mont Blanc. No disappointment whatsoever.. Mont Blanc has a moisture thin chocolate base 

,passion fruit taste and a maron flaver which melts in the mouth smoothly.

Magic of Water..Tampaksirin

Humidity in the air around the temples in Tampaksirin is different to the tropical moisture.

The magic of water is...

Mossy statues of the god, the stairs and the rocks are so mystic and beautiful here.

Sheeps in Ubud, Bali

Finally sheeps get comfortable enough to go outside in Bali.

In the morning before fumes from motor bikes and cars attack two sheeps, we went jalan jalan.

I bought one offering at a morning market, yes the market was busy already at 6:30am.

I didn't see any tourists besides me and sheeps...

Nusa Cheningan Motor Jalan Jalan

Overnight surf trip to Lenbogan island was so fun, with a surf guide Amo who is originally from

Cheningan island took us to island jalan jalan by a motor bike with two other friends.

Just by one tiny bridge people can travel to each islands, this optional trip made us more enjoyable.
