Lemon Tart from Bake Bar, Sydney

Winter has back.  We don't want that!
The coldest ocean this year, I am sure, pierced my fingers in a surf.
The good excuse for protecting myself from coldness is to have a bit of naughty eating.

 I took a bus if there were something nice at Bake Bar in Randwick,
Yeeeees, Lemon Tart looked outstanding.

And the tart didn't betray me at all.  Lemon sour taste is just right, not too sweet and the texture
is smooth as silk.
