At 11:30 I was at a door of Makoto sushi for my special day.
I already checked what they have on a menu in advance.
Sushi, Nigiri is a good idea...
My fav. scampi and Uni sea urchin just melted in a mouth......
Oyster sushi was nice,too, I haven't seen Oyster sushi in Japan before but why not in Sydney....!
That white Nigiri isn't Yukimi Daifuku (Snow watching Rabbit
Rice cake) , it is squid Nigiri
