My Special day breaks on Bronte Beach

Ramen is good in hot & cold weather !!

Manpuku for  Ramen, Ramen for Manpuku.  Kingsford Sydney shop is very popular.

We were in a queue but didn't wait for a long time, this is a good thing about Ramen shop.

You can't take long time to eat Ramen, otherwise Ramen noodle gets so soggy and destroys
its taste and texture.

I had Shio buta  ( Salt pork stock) wavy noodle,

My friend had Chilli pork stock wavy noodle

The price is $12 ish, it is quite average for this kind of Ramen these days.

Bushwalk Hazelbrook to the Falls

This time I got off a train at Hazelbrook,  you know all the toilet in the mountain station is closed.

Just 4-5 min. walk from the station to the shop area, there is a public toilet.

Ok, I feel better then started walking Winbourne St, keeping walking bout 15 min. you see the info. board .

It hasn't been raining so I guessed there was not much water in a creek but lovely not hard walk took me to the Burgess Falls.

                                       

Another 15-20 min.walk , I reached Oakland Falls.

Feel like stand under the falls !!!

But I found a beautiful water hole just 5 min, walk from here,  sink myself into the hole just wearing

my five finger shoes, ha ha ha   !!!

Refreshed!  Let's get to Horseshoe falls!

At Horseshoe falls I saw a sign, " glow warms cave"  why not going?  the track became rocky uphill hopping climb but wanted to get there.  If there was an another sign , it would have be kind enough.

I gave up and took a way to Oakland Rd.

Coffee Time, maste~~~r!!!

Cozy , friendly , original tiny cafe serves one of the best coffee.

Also the master cooks homemade style lamb or chicken or beef  dish for the lunch.

2014 nearly finishes,
 A celebration has made at BLue Mountains.

And 2015 welcome celebration is not 00:00am for me,

MISSCHU --Vietnamese at Regent Place Sydney

The another street food style eating place in Regent Place is MISS CHU. One thing I tell you about is the price don't match as the street food.

But by No msg and very high quality recipe,  of course its good taste,  I added MISSCHU on my favourite asian food eating place in Sydney.

PHO has lots of beef slices $14,  my choice was vermacile salad with spring roll $14 and how they fry the spring roll was so good.  Crispy & no oily & soft texture!!

Again Akubi chan from Fukushima Japan and I had a very good time.

Senyai Thai ---Regent place , Sydney

     My favourite Thai in the city, yes it is located right in a city, at regent place near Event cinema George St.  The restaurant  is in UG level.

Me and akubi-chan had an once a year dine-out together.

Each year we stroll to a different ethnic place, this time we selected Thai.

The atmosphere is like you are in a street stall in Bangkok, but the foods they serve are

so good and the price is reasonable.

You never had this recipe at any other Thai restaurant

NO MSG, NO TOO MUCH SUGAR yeah yeah

Fish Cake is one of the best

Feel the earth between Olympian Lookout and Bridal veil falls Lookout

Away from this religious day, I headed to a nature admirable trip to Blue Mountains.

Walking from Olympian Rock, by looking at those amazing rock formation to Bridal veil falls,

the thoughts that irritates me from the social world blow away completely.  It is like when I surf.

Only Black and white cockatoo singings break the silence.

Although the fall doesn't have much water volume, the view is breath taking.

It takes away  unnecessary thoughts from one's mind.

The only sound you hear is the bird's singing.....
