Because it is getting popular and well prepared home made cooking, you need to make a booking in advance.
Today we had a cooking lesson, cooked okra curry, dahl, coconut sambol, eggplant curry, and green vegetable leaf curry. Coconut milk, onion, curry leaves , turmeric and 2 green chilies are basic spices and depends on the vege or meat or fish, they use curry powder, garlic, ginger, fennel, mastard seed ,
dried red chillis.
Dom and I were so happy to have the curry. Taste was thick and fresh , Dahl was nicely cooked, not too soft and not too hard.
