It is an end of March yet we have a feeling of summer, yeah.

   Tamarama beach is expanding specially at law tide.

This March is more like a summer than Feb.

Most afternoon a big shower hits the town.

A friend in Kuala Lumpur said , there are hardly any rain day after day in KL.

And recently they had rain,   rain  ..yes but did feel like an artificial rain according to the friend.

What kind of chemical was used  in that rain, I wonder.

Sydney Ramen War

I love eating Ramen in a hot summer time and a cold winter season.

Ramen is a hot favourite Japanese noodle soup here in Sydney, too.

In last 2,3 years several new ramen shop opened, and Ramena war has begun!

Yes! we talk about it among friends which Ramen shops better.

I went to Manpuku located far outside of CBD, and I had Torigara Shoyu Ramen ( chicken stock soysauce Ramen).

Tonkotsu (Pork bone stock) Ramen is very popular at the moment but I love the traditional basic

Ramen.  Manpuku Ramen made me comfortably full ( means manpuku ) , surely it was good!

Sri Lankan Coffee

Coffee in Sri Lanka??  People says, Sri Lanka is known for Ceylon tea not the coffee..

But oh yes, before the British comes to Sri Lanka, there grew the coffee tree not the tea plantation.

This is the best coffee brand I had in Sri Lanka, (or it may be possibility of some other good coffee).

Hanza makes Pure arabica, Dark arabica, Espresso, Gold mix, House mix.

Taste is surprisingly good!

Surrounding by Red colour , I understand now how people get motivated and feel strong and happy.

The first beach side spa in Hikka opened last month, at the moment they have a threputic Ayurveda

massage and herbal bath. The acupoint Ayurvedic massage by the master is fantastic.

Today I tried a herbal bath, in the near future they will have spa and shirodhara.

Yes people buy lotto tickets for a quick fortune.  Dream is just a dream if you don't wake.

I bought 3 scratchy tickets ,costed 60rp which is 50cent, won 40rp, ha ha ha...

2014 A New Year from Sri Lanka

Nice to be back in a warm water surfing session!! January is a winter here so it sometimes gets quite cool for an early bird surf chick.  Somehow compare to the last year there fewer surfers.

Spending a quiet time in Singharaja RainForest on NYE and NYD was so peaceful, just 2.5hrs bus

Summer Christmas Time in Sydney

Summer time! Christmas time!  Holiday time!

Everyone is cheering up.

Swimming in the ocean is pleasant yahhh of course when the sky is blue.

Balla - Italian Italian restaurant in Sydney

Looking over the Pyrmont Bay,  the restaurant is located in " The Star ".

When we asked Australian local beer,  the waiter told us that the beer they have were all Italian.

Well no problem,  As a main dish I chose " Gnocchi gnudi of ricotta and zucchini flower burnt butter and sage "   $26

Does it look like Takoyaki??   The food is rich but tastes so good and four balls of gnocchi made me full !

Lots of organic goodies you want to try.
Sophisticated but not yuppie like and also quite laid back atmosphere.

The avocados I bought were fantastic, and I need a few more days to try the best avocado (according to the grower.)

This genuine sweets stall was so stunning,  not just organic...nuts they use are active nuts....

MONBETSU, HOKKAIDO SURFING Sep 2013

Ohhhh it was so windy,  so good for wind surfers, yeah!

We didn't miss any riding on a surfboard,  we needed to get wet because we have driven for a few hours.  Actually it was better than a look.

After surfing  of course we went straight to the town for feeding ourselves.
Hokki-gai don ( on the top of the boiled rice Hokki clam cooked with egg) was a very choice, yummm.
