OZ Boxing day chill out, BBQ at Bronte Park

Aussie tradition of Boxing Day is Sydney-Hobart Yacht Race.  Sailing 1,163km across Tasman sea, notorious rough sea Bass straight, it is a tough race.  In the past due to a bad weather, there were frantic rescue works have been done.  Tomorrow southerly (wind) change is coming.   Always good to see when the race started from harbour and from Bronte,Tamarama beach.

How have you been spending the day?  It is a religious day originally but we don't live the same as 1,000 years ago.  Everything on this universe changes and keep changing... so spend this  day  to make yourself feel better.

Many musicians covered Leonard Cohen's " Hallelujah".  Probably the most famous and favourite version is by Jeff Buckley.  And 15years old boy from Australia got a talent, he was so good and I like the arrangement.  But this singer touched my heart because her interpretation to this song was full of bliss beyond every emotions that human being has.     k.d. Lang.

Sunny , pleasant and beautiful day is!  People,ocean,birds,plants and sky are in a happy mood.  While I was surfing today some shift change occurred inside me... in a good way...my body and soul clicked each other.

Christmas time already... Christmas decorations are fun for eyes...We,10 ladies had a Christmas lunch yesterday.That was a 4th annual lunch and each year a person in charge choose her fav. restaurant.  Sydney has variety of ethnic restaurants , the first year was at Greek restaurant, then Thai, Turkish and this year was a Portuguese cuisine.
もうクリスマスの時期なのね...クリスマスの飾り付けが目を楽しませてくれるわ...我ら１０人の淑女達は昨日クリスマスランチをもうけましたの。定例の４年目のランチで毎年幹事がお気に入りのレストランを選ぶわけ。シドニーは世界各国料理に豊富なので、初年はギリシャ、続いてタイ、トルコ，で今年はポルトガル料理といきましたわ.

Where is summer??

OMG, I should be wearing a short john not a steamer.  This cold southerly wind  is something I hate in Dec. surfing. The wind got stronger and made the surf choppy.
